Game Time: Play-by-Play Opportunities to Tackle Those Q3 Goals

The motor racing season is in full swing and the return of an American tradition – college football – is right around the corner. That means more opportunities to align your brand with the audio content that literally has audiences cheering. Whether it’s keeping your brand top of mind or driving traffic, play-by-play serves up that level of engagement to smash your Q3 goals, and get a jump on 4th quarter too.

On the heels of back-to-back races at Charlotte – the 2018 All-Star Race and Coca-Cola 600 – the NASCAR competition is just starting to heat up. Two major events, Chicagoland and Daytona, will bookend the July 4th holiday. These are just some of the races that make or break drivers and their teams as they fight for their spot in the championship rounds.

From the Poconos to Sonoma and everywhere in between, MRN and PRN will keep fans up to date as the world’s best drivers rack up the points (and the wins) to compete in the playoffs. See the remaining races in the Monster Energy Cup lineup and where your brand can get in on the action here. Sponsorships are still available for the premier racing series as well as for the upcoming Xfinity and Monster Truck races.

Meanwhile, in Indianapolis, the checkered flag has waved and Australian Will Power conquered a crash-filled race to win of the Indy 500. The big draw this year was the return of Danica Patrick as she made her eighth and final start on the Indy 500. “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” brought out the stars too with Kelly Clarkson, Chris Hemsworth, and the Pacers’ Victor Oladipo participating in the day’s festivities.

Estimated attendance for this year’s race is expected to surpass that of last year and despite the record heat, fans packed the stands to witness the 102nd running. But for the millions more who couldn’t make it, IMS was there broadcasting every second with its turn-by-turn coverage.

Despite the big race, the season is still young for IndyCar Radio. If your brand missed out, more thrilling street and oval course races lie ahead this summer. Get the full schedule here.
