After almost a year of hard work, I’m excited to officially welcome a new evening program to the AdLarge family – The Serene & Pearl Show. Serene Allison and Pearl Barrett are bringing their fascinating personalities and sisterly banter to nighttime radio with a music based 5-hour, 7P-MID, Monday to Friday show.
These sisters have hopped a couple of continents, wrote a few best-selling books, and built a multi-media brand, all while raising 18 kids between the two of them (yes, 18 kids!). Despite their amazing story, they remain humble and authentic. When I first met Serene and Pearl, I found them incredibly easy to talk to – I immediately felt comfortable. These ladies know how to connect and that’s exactly what they’ve done over the years through their line of healthy products, a series of best-selling books, videos, and more. Their loyal following continues to grow into the hundreds of thousands across social media, their Trim Healthy Mama website, and their weekly Trim Healthy podcast.
The launch of this latest endeavor furthers our commitment to delivering female-focused and family-friendly programming to our sponsors. We worked closely with the Serene & Pearl team to create a compelling show that will genuinely connect with female audiences in the 25-54 demographic. That was the easy part – given that Serene and Pearl are real and very relatable – they speak the same language of the demo because they are the demo! Joined by their co-host Danny Valdes, each night they will take on the curveballs and victories of everyday life in an upbeat and encouraging way that we know will resonate with listeners from coast-to-coast.
